The research is accepted for publication with the following specifications:

1. Two electronic copies in Word and PDF format.
2. A paper and electronic report on the citation percentage (Percentage of Plagiarism).
3. The research sent to the journal is subject to a first examination of the “initial review” by the editorial board to take into account the scientific method of the rules of writing the research report, and to determine its eligibility for arbitration, and it has the right to apologize for accepting publication without giving reasons.
4. Previously published research is not accepted, and the person in charge of the research acknowledges that by submitting a pledge signed by him and all participating researchers – if any – stating that the research has not been previously published, and that it has not been submitted for publication in another entity until its arbitration procedures are completed and published in the journal.
5. All research submitted to the journal is subject to scientific arbitration before being published in the journal by the arbitration panel of professors in different fields of technology, each in his specialization, in order to determine the validity of the research for publication.
6. After the research has passed the stage of initial review and arbitration by the arbitral tribunal, the journal management will notify the researcher of the decision whether or not the research is valid for publication within a maximum of two weeks from the date of receiving the arbitrators’ reports.
7. The research published in the journal becomes its property and the publishing right reverts to it.
8. The researcher is not entitled to re-publish his research in any other scientific journal.
9. The last date for receiving research papers is three months before the date of issuance of the issue.
10. Research is published in the journal according to the precedence of the reports of the arbitrators
11. Researchers have the right to receive (a) copy of the printed copies of the journal.
